CallQ Privacy Policy

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) came into force on 25th May 2018.

As you may know it imposes new rules on companies, government agencies, non-profits, and other organizations that offer goods and services to people in the EU, or that collect and analyse data tied to EU residents.

The objective of GDPR is to give people back control of their personal data. Both personal data and sensitive personal data are covered by GDPR.

    - Personal data broadly means a piece of information that can be used to identify a person. This can be a name, address, IP address... etc

    - Sensitive personal data encompasses genetic data, information about religious and political views, trade union membership, sexual orientation, and more.

CallQ does not hold sensitive data.

CallQ is a Company Limited by Guarantee registered in Scotland.

We hold data to keep people informed about updates on CallQ Trainer and CallQ Studio. This data is stored in a secure location.

    Telephone
    Text or messenger service
    Post (i.e. when sending out the overlay for the operation of cue lights)
